Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • Your order was not received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, size, or colour
  • Your order was incomplete or missing accessories
  • The item received is significantly different from what was described
  • The product arrived faulty or does not function as intended
  • You received an incorrect or suspicious parcel

To be eligible for a return or refund request, please contact us within the return window stated on your order confirmation or within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Magnetic sleepsuits and baby apparel must not show signs of wear, stains, washing, or damage
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used

We recommend taking photos of your item upon delivery in case you need to file a claim.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number
  2. Provide photos or videos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval instructions before shipping your item back
  4. Return the item within the timeframe provided

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong, faulty, damaged, or incomplete item), Bayluna will cover return-related shipping costs
  • For change-of-mind returns or agreed returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method where possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued via alternative approved methods

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products
  • Washed or worn baby apparel
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
